I've had Windup Girl on my list of potential titles since I saw it out in hardback late last year. It came out in paper in April, so we may want to actively consider it down the road.
Thursday, I'll pass a pad around to get birthdays from everyone so I can take a look at how our selection process stands. Once we're above 12 folks, the birthday system breaks down, thirteen if I magnanimously step aside. I do, however, reserve the selection for May after A Dance with Dragons comes out, though it's an open question as to whether Clarke's 2061 or ADwD is up first.
(This is also the first to go at updating the blog via email. Let's see
how that works.)
